Karen Tucker Thomas, President of KST Consulting, is a Certified Association Executive and Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives with 10 years of leadership experience as a CEO of mid to large sized not-for-profits. She has 15+ years experience in progressively responsible positions in association management with state and national health care and educational associations.

Thomas oversaw budgets ranging from $2.5M to $25M with staffs of 15 to 200+ individuals. These organizations had 4,500 to 120,000 members in 50 chapters or affiliate organizations in North America with members in the USA, Canada and the US Armed Forces overseas. She's led health care and educational associations that had a Political Action Committee (PAC), a separate credentialing organization and a foundation.

As a platform speaker, Thomas achieves rave reviews by delivering powerful, inspirational presentations that engage her audiences. She focuses on topics with an emphasis on organizational and personal transitions/transformation, leadership and change management.
