What We Do

Executive Coaching

KST Consulting offers executive coaching to individuals who are ready, willing and able to make important changes in their professional and/or personal lives. Coaching requires commitment on the part of the individual being coached to dedicate the time and energy needed to close the gap between where the individual currently is and the desired state.

Individuals often decide a coach is needed when they experience an expected or unexpected major change in their lives - be it a promotion, move to another organization, relocation, a career change or possibly a performance review that calls attention to the need for significant improvement or a significant change in one's personal life such as divorce or death of a loved one. While these are all situations that are perfectly suited to coaching, coaching is a valuable strategy to use consistently in one's life for continual performance improvement, goal achievement and fulfillment of one's dreams. Change happens more rapidly today and with each change there is a transition. Coaching can help you make the most out of the transitions in your life. Athletes at all levels have a coach to help them hone their skills and abilities to improve their performance. Coaching isn't just for athletes.

Coaching helps you attract abundance in your life - be it professionally or personally. It's not about learning to engage in positive thinking, but rather it's about learning how to take care of yourself and get what you want out of life now.

"The supreme value is not the future but the present. Whoever builds a house for future happiness builds a prison for the present."
Octavio Paz

Are you compromising at work or home? Compromising can often lead to both parties being disappointed and feeling disrespected with significant energy expended in tolerating a less than desirable result or situation. This can sometimes lead to resentment which ultimately attracts more unfavorable situations.

"When you tolerate, you and your work become mediocre. Your natural creativity is squelched. You are too often tired. When you stop, you'll be happier, more fun to be around! You won't be busy tending to ego-bruises, so you'll have extra energy to express your values. You’ll have the edge: You'll waste no energy stepping over or around things."
Thomas J. Leonard,
called by the Philadelphia Inquirer "the patriarch of the personal coaching movement"
